He has twenty five years experience as a sales and software executive with the vendors/users of information technology and services.
He began his sales experience in the f500 insurance business with Northwestern Mutual in N.Y.C. After two years of top production a client offered the opportunity to participate in ownership in the Park Avenue Cafe in N.Y.C. Growing up in the catering business, he immediately launched a "new" division focused on f500 companies catering parties, promotions and events in N.Y.C.
In the catering business he worked alot with f500 clients who were in the computer information technology and services. He developed extensive information technology management contacts. After working to make the restaurant extremely profitable, he got the opportunity to enter the search business with Dunhill Personnel Search in N.Y.C.
He specialized in the recruitment and placement of sales management, sales and sales support professionals with the vendors of information technology and services. After many years in the search business, with extensive success making placements with many top f500 information technology and services companies, he developed a custom desktop software template application for IT human resources personnel:

The custom software application was designed for sales executives to start their own turnkey small business in the recruitment and placement of sales related information technology and services personnel. With the custom software application, he began to develop many private owner/partner relationships with many great men in the military, government, software and search business throughout the 1990's in the U.S.A.
After many successful years developing private owner/partner partnerships based on his custom software application, he integrated software development skills, business development skills and partnering skills with f100, f500 and f1000 businesses to launch the "World's First Virtual Sales Community with embedded Virtual CyberTility" to generate shared equities, shared profits and shared benefits for all.
